Sarga Bodywork® ONE:TO:ONE

The 1:1 format allows you to adapt the pace of the training to the experience, needs and learning process of the individual participant.

It is designed for massage and bodywork professionals who wish to learn Sarga Bodywork® through an intensive, personalized course with individual attention.

The training takes place in Lucca, Tuscany, and includes 24 hours of in-person teaching, normally spread over 3 days.

There are no fixed dates on the calendar: the dates are agreed upon individually, based on the availability of the student and the teacher.

During the training, we progressively work on technique, the use of Sarga Silk, the quality of pressure, posture, and safety, with time dedicated to corrections, repetitions, and supervised practice.
