Practice & Refinement
This program is for those who have already completed the Sarga Bodywork® 101 in-person training and wish to continue practicing under supervision, receive feedback, and refine their existing skills.
It's a space designed to help you return to practice with greater awareness, clarify doubts that have arisen while working independently, and receive targeted corrections.
Who is it for?
The course is open to anyone who has already completed the Sarga Bodywork® 101 in-person training, either with me or another authorized Sarga Bodywork® Instructor.
It is particularly suitable for:
-
Sarga Bodywork® Practitioners in Training;
-
who is completing the 20 documented procedures required on the path to certification;
-
those who wish to return to work after a period of break;
-
already certified practitioners who want to review and refine the basics of Sarga Bodywork® 101.
What we work on
This is not a new training and no new techniques are introduced.
The work is dedicated to supervised practice, review and refinement of what has already been learned during Sarga Bodywork® 101.
In particular we can work on:
-
setup and use of Sarga Silk;
-
biomechanics and organization of the operator's body;
-
quality of contact;
-
direction, angle and pressure management;
-
pace and continuity of treatment;
-
transitions;
-
fluidity of the sequence;
-
use of body weight;
-
adapting work to different bodies;
-
doubts or difficulties that emerged during personal practice.
Each participant receives individual observation, corrections and feedback as they work.
Why participate
After intensive training, much information becomes truly clear only through practice.
Over time, new questions may arise about pressure, body position, use of Silk, transitions, or the overall quality of the treatment.
Returning to practice under supervision allows you to observe your work with greater experience and to refine details that can make a big difference in the quality of treatment.
Personal practice comes first
After in-person training, I always recommend dedicating some time to independent practice and repetition first.
As part of the Sarga Bodywork® certification journey, you will need to complete a training period during which you will complete the required documented sessions, typically over the course of 1–3 months.
This time is an important part of the learning process: it allows the body to assimilate what has been learned, develop greater familiarity with Sarga Silk, biomechanics, sequences and pressure management, and above all, to bring to light real doubts and difficulties through experience.
It is therefore not necessary to immediately return to supervised practice after the course.
It is often more helpful to first allow for a few independent sessions, repeat, experiment, and let the work gradually integrate.
Practice & Refinement becomes particularly useful when, after practicing, you feel that some aspects need to be reviewed, corrected or deepened under the supervision of an Instructor.
Available formats
Practice & Refinement 1:1
1 participant + own model
3 hours €250
The participant brings a person available to receive the treatment.
This way, I can remain fully in the role of Instructor, observing the work, intervening with corrections, and dedicating the meeting to the specific needs of the participant.
Practice & Refinement – 2 participants
2 participants
4 hours €200 per person
The two participants alternate between practicing and receiving the treatment.
The format allows for plenty of time for practice, corrections, questions, and repetition of passages that require more attention.
Practice & Refinement Day – 4 participants
4 participants
5 hours €150 per person
The work is carried out in two pairs, alternating practice and reception.
The small group allows you to work on different bodies, observe the work of other participants, and benefit from shared corrections and feedback.
Maximum 4 participants.
No more techniques, but more quality
The goal of these meetings is not to add new techniques, but to work better with those already learned.
The focus is on the quality of contact, precision, presence, biomechanics, fluidity, and the ability to adapt the work to the person being treated.
The content of the meeting is therefore also adapted to the needs, questions, and difficulties that emerge from the participants' practice.
Important
The practice of improvement:
-
does not replace Sarga Bodywork® 101 training;
-
does not introduce new techniques;
-
does not constitute a certification;
-
It does not replace the Sarga Bodywork® certification requirements.
It is a space dedicated to practice, revision, correction, and improvement for those who have already completed the training.
Place
Lucca, Tuscany
Meetings are organized on scheduled dates or upon request, based on availability and the chosen format.
