The CERTIFIED SARGA BODYWORK PRACTITIONER® title is reserved for professionals who have completed the certification path provided by Sarga Bodywork®.

Sarga Bodywork® 101
1:1 training
An intensive individual course, organized on agreed-upon dates, with completely personalized practice, supervision, and feedback.
24 hours of professional in-person training in Lucca. The fundamental path to learning Sarga Bodywork®, the use of Sarga Silk, and a complete sequence lasting approximately 90 minutes.

Sarga Bodywork® Instructor
I am a bodywork, massage, and movement professional, with a practice built through years of experience, study, and direct work with people.
As a Sarga Bodywork® Instructor, I bring to my training not only the official protocol of the method, but also the experience of its concrete integration into daily professional work.
I teach Sarga Bodywork® in Italian, English, and Polish, with a focus on biomechanics, safety, quality of contact, and developing a sustainable way of working for the practitioner.
Courses are held in small groups to offer guided practice, direct supervision, and individual feedback.
In 2026 I obtained the following awards at the Official Italian Championship of Massage and Manual Therapy & Super Italian Cup :
