MASSAGE TECHNIQUES
AND BODYWORK
Different tools, one approach
My training includes different massage and bodywork techniques.
Some can be freely integrated into a personalized treatment, while others are specific experiences and must be chosen at the time of booking.
My work isn't born from the idea of applying a technique rigidly, but from the possibility of using different tools consciously, choosing what is best suited to the person, the body, and the moment.

Deep tissue and muscle work
Deep Tissue
Sports Massage
Decontracting Massage
Assisted stretching
Deep, progressive work targeting areas of greatest tension, with pressure, compression, mobilization, and manual techniques adapted to the body's response.
Intensity doesn't necessarily mean using more force. Work can become deeper through slowness, precision, direction of pressure, and tempo.
Assisted stretching can be integrated when appropriate, gradually accompanying the movement and promoting a greater sensation of space, openness, and freedom in the body.

Thai Massage and Thai Bodywork
Traditional Thai Massage – Nuad Thai
Thai Table Massage
Pha Khao Ma Thai Massage
Thai Oil Massage
Thai Foot Massage
Thai Herbal Compress
Thai tradition is an important part of my education.
Depending on the type of treatment, the work may include pressure, compression, joint mobilization, assisted stretching, movement, and different contact modalities.
It can be performed on a futon or massage table and, in some practices, may include the use of traditional cloths, oils, or warm herbal compresses.
Some of these techniques can be integrated into a personalized session; Traditional Thai Massage, Thai Foot Massage, and Thai Herbal Compress are instead chosen as specific treatments at the time of booking.

Sarga Bodywork®
Sarga Bodywork® is a barefoot myofascial bodywork method, performed on a massage table or futon.
The foot is used as a contact tool to create slow, broad, directional pressure, while the Sarga Silks system provides support, stability and motion control.
It is a work that allows you to combine depth, continuity and precision through a very particular quality of contact.
Sarga Bodywork® is chosen as a specific treatment at the time of booking and has a dedicated page to learn more about the method.

Other massage approaches
Swedish Massage
Californian Massage
Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage
Different approaches that have contributed to building my way of working.
They can be used as the main reference for a session or integrated with other techniques, creating a more fluid, enveloping and personalized treatment.

Heat, oils and rituals
Hot Stone Massage
Massage Candle
AromaTouch® Technique – dōTERRA®
Heat, oils and aromas can become part of the experience and profoundly alter the quality of the treatment.
Hot stones introduce a continuous, enveloping heat; the massage candle is used with a warm, pleasant cosmetic oil on the skin; the AromaTouch® Technique integrates the specific use of dōTERRA® essential oils.
Hot Stone Massage is prepared as a specific treatment and must be requested at the time of booking.
Other elements can instead be integrated when compatible with the chosen treatment.
Complementary techniques
When appropriate, I can also integrate the following into the treatment:
Cupping
Metameric techniques
Cryodynamic techniques
along with other tools from my professional training.
Not all techniques are used in every session.
The goal is not to use as many tools as possible, but to choose those that can be coherently inserted into the treatment.
