A day to learn and experience Sarga Bodywork®
The introductory workshop is intended for massage and bodywork professionals who wish to approach the Sarga Bodywork® method through practical experience, without immediately undertaking the full Sarga 101 training.
During the day, the fundamental principles of the method are introduced, the use of Sarga Silk, the mechanics of working barefoot and some techniques applied to the back of the body.

Workshop or full training?
The workshop is intended as an introduction to the method.
To learn the complete Sarga Bodywork® sequence and advance your professional career, the Sarga Bodywork® - Sarga 101 training is available, a 4-day course with 24 hours of in-person training. The training includes the use of Sarga Silk and the learning of a complete sequence lasting approximately 90 minutes, with practice both on the floor and on a raised table.

1:1 training
An intensive individual course, organized on agreed-upon dates, with completely personalized practice, supervision, and feedback.
24 hours of professional in-person training in Lucca. The fundamental path to learning Sarga Bodywork®, the use of Sarga Silk, and a complete sequence lasting approximately 90 minutes.
