Treatments are performed by appointment only at my studio in the Guamo area, just outside Lucca.
To avoid unannounced visits, the studio's exact address is not published on the website and is only communicated after the booking is confirmed.

Personalized massage
My treatments do not necessarily follow a single technique or a pre-established sequence.
Personalized massage arises from the possibility of integrating different techniques and working methods within the same session, building the treatment around the person and what emerges during the work.
Depending on your needs and the intensity you choose, I can integrate elements of relaxing massage, deeper muscle work, Deep Tissue, assisted stretching, mobilizations, and other techniques from my training.
The treatment can therefore be softer and more enveloping or more intense and structured, without losing continuity and quality of contact.
Welcome
Once you are seated on the bed, the treatment begins with a welcome ritual dedicated to the feet, with hot towels .
It's a small welcoming gesture included in the session, designed to prepare you for the massage with a pleasant feeling of cleanliness, warmth, and comfort

The choice of intensity indicates the type of work desired, but does not correspond to a rigid protocol.
Pressure, rhythm and techniques are modulated during the session, maintaining attention to the person's preferences and the body's response.
Specific treatments
Some treatments require specific preparation, materials, or a specific working method and must therefore be chosen at the time of booking.
Sarga Bodywork® — 90 min €150
Barefoot myofascial release bodywork characterized by slow, deep, and directional work, performed on a massage table or futon.
Hot Stone Massage — 75–80 min €130
A treatment that integrates massage with the use of hot stones, creating a warm, enveloping and deeply relaxing experience.
Thai Herbal Compress — 75 min €130
A treatment inspired by Thai tradition that combines massage and bodywork techniques with warm herbal compresses prepared especially for the session.
Thai Foot Massage — 60 min €80
A treatment dedicated to the feet and lower legs through pressure, manual work and techniques from Thai tradition.
Traditional Thai Massage (Nuad Thai) — 90 min €130
Traditional Thai treatment performed on a futon and without oil, which combines pressure, compression, joint mobilization and assisted stretching.
AromaTouch® Technique (dōTERRA®) — 50 min €90
A specific technique that uses a dedicated sequence of dōTERRA® essential oils, applied through a precise protocol and gentle contact.

Oils, aromas, heat and other extras can be added to the session to further personalize the experience.

Session duration
The duration indicated corresponds to the appointment slot .
The actual treatment time may be slightly less, as part of the appointment is spent on the brief initial consultation, preparation, and conclusion of the session.
For a 60-minute appointment, the actual treatment time is generally around 50–55 minutes.
The total time spent in the studio may, however, be slightly longer than the booked slot.
I recommend arriving a few minutes before the agreed time, so you can start off calmly.
Before treatment
Before the session, we spend a few moments understanding how you're feeling, which areas you'd like to treat with greater attention, and what intensity you prefer.
If this is your first time here, please let me know when you book:

any allergies, intolerances, skin sensitivities or other useful needs to be known before the session.
There's no need to choose a specific technique in advance. With a personalized massage, we can work together to define the type of work and gradually adapt the session.
Sarga Bodywork®, Traditional Thai Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Thai Herbal Compress, Thai Foot Massage and AromaTouch® Technique must be requested at the time of booking, because they require specific preparation or working methods.
Reservations and payment
New clients — single appointment
Full payment in advance is required to confirm your booking.
Two or more consecutive treatments
Payment for the first treatment is required in advance to confirm and reserve all appointments. This also applies to new clients. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of the appointments.
Payment Methods
You can pay in cash, by card or debit card, or by instant bank transfer.
