Welcome
Once you are seated on the bed, the treatment begins with a welcome ritual dedicated to the feet, with hot towels .
It's a small welcoming gesture included in the session, designed to prepare you for the massage with a pleasant feeling of cleanliness, warmth, and comfort.
Choose extras for a more personal experience
Small welcoming rituals, oils, aromas, and warmth can accompany the treatment and make the experience even more personal and comfortable.
Some elements are already included in the session, while others can be added upon request.
Nothing needs to be added to enjoy a complete treatment. The extras are options designed for those who wish to further personalize the experience with a special oil, fragrance, heat, or a small welcoming ritual.
Allergies, intolerances and special requests
If you have any allergies, intolerances, skin sensitivities or require special precautions, please let me know when booking rather than waiting until the day of your treatment.
If you would like a specific oil or product, please let me know in advance so I can check availability and prepare for your session with the appropriate care.
The choice of oil takes into account your preferences and the information you share before the treatment.
Foot washing

If you would like to begin your treatment with a dedicated foot wash, you can request it when booking.
It's a small welcome ritual performed before sitting on the bed and separate from the freshening up with hot towels already included in every session.
In Thai Foot Massage, foot washing is already included as part of the treatment.
Hot towel service

In addition to the included welcome ritual for your feet, you can request a more extensive use of hot towels during or after your treatment.
Heat can accompany different moments of the session and add an additional element of comfort, softness and well-being, even in the final phase of the treatment.
Massage oils
During treatments I use professional oils chosen based on the type of work and the desired quality of contact.
For those who prefer a treatment without added fragrances, the following are normally available:
Sweet almond oil or sesame oil.
Albero della Vita Oils

A selection of Tree of Life massage oils is available for those who wish to add a more unique aromatic and sensorial component to the treatment.
At the moment I use:
Sap
Fresh and light, for those who prefer a more vital and luminous sensation.
Tree Synesthesia
Warm and enveloping, particularly pleasant in slower, softer and more sensorial treatments.
Alchemico A – based on St. John's Wort
A blend with a more intense and aromatic character, which pairs well with deeper and more structured bodywork.
Acqua dell'Umbria – Nourishing Body Oil
Warm, woody and spicy, for those who want a more intense and sophisticated aromatic component.
The choice can be made together before the session, based on personal preferences and the type of experience desired.
dōTERRA® Essential Oils

Upon request, the treatment can be enriched with dōTERRA® essential oils.
The choice is made based on the scent, personal preferences and the type of experience desired.
The supplement varies depending on the essential oil chosen and the amount used.
The addition of essential oils during a massage is distinct from the AromaTouch® Technique – dōTERRA®, which is a specific treatment with its own application sequence.
ANTOS special massage candles

During the treatment, you can use a special ANTOS massage candle, which, when heated, transforms into a warm oil to be applied to the skin.
The delicate warmth, texture, and fragrance contribute to creating a softer, more enveloping, and sensorial experience.
It is best to request it at the time of booking, so that we can prepare it properly before the session.
Karité Butter
+ €10
During the treatment, you can use shea butter, with its rich, soft texture. It gradually melts on contact with the skin, leaving it nourished and wrapped in a pleasant sensation of comfort.
If you would like this option, please let me know when booking so I can prepare it for the session.
Localized extras
Hot Stone / Thai Herbal Compress
+ €5
During the treatment you can add a targeted application of hot stones, for a specific area of the body, or a Thai herbal compress.
A little extra to dedicate more warmth and attention to a particular area.
Supplement: €5 for each option.
It is preferable to request these extras when booking.
